Smoothies :)
1) Berry blast- less berries: Frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blue berries etc) skim milk, topped with chia seeds
2) Berry blast: Frozen mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries, blue berries etc) skim milk, topped with chia seeds 
3) Light pink smoothie: Banana and strawberries, skim milk and topped with chia seeds 
4)  Super smoothie: strawberries (fresh), banana, mint. Blend it for a few minutes so the mint is barely visible. Topped with chia seeds 
5) Passionfruit pop: banana, passionfruit, a tea spoon of vanilla extract, skim milk, a small scoop of ice-cream. Topped with chia seeds and passionfruit. (passionfruit was added after smoothie was blended.
6) Banana pop blast: 2 bananas, a whole passionfruit blended, chia seeds, skim milk.
